Implementasi Sistem Pemanggil Perawat Berbasis Teknologi IoT-RFID dengan Notifikasi ke Telegram

Abstract

IoT technology has rapidly advanced in various fields, including the healthcare sector. In healthcare, there are various IoT-based systems, such as early detection of heart disease, RFID for medical records, and nurse call systems. Nurse call systems are used by inpatients to summon nurses when they are not present in the patient's room. In this research, a nurse call system was developed using IoT-RFID technology with notifications sent to Telegram and call summaries presented on a website, employing a prototype system development approach. The research findings indicate that in white box testing, a Cyclomatic Complexity value of 3 was obtained, indicating that the program's logic flow has an equivalent complexity level. Black box testing showed that all functions performed well, and for the usability test, the average values obtained were 86.6% for effectiveness, 80% for efficiency, and 93.8% for usefulness.
