Abstract

The purpose of this training is to enhance the digital competence of teachers in utilizing Canva and Chat GPT. With this improvement, teachers will be able to integrate these applications into their teaching processes, thereby improving the quality of their instruction. The methods employed involve training and mentoring, including stages of socialization, hands-on training, mentoring with direct practice, discussion sessions, Q&A sessions, and periodic evaluations. Based on the pre-test and post-test assessments, it can be concluded that the implementation of this training and mentoring program is highly effective, resulting in a 93% increase in the digital knowledge and skills of teachers. The efficiency of the activities is also evident from the observation scores during the implementation, with an average score of 87%, which can be categorized as highly practical. This indicates that the use of Canva and Chat GPT as teaching tools by teachers can be easily and practically accomplished.
