Scale Up Pariwisata Berkelanjutan : Pengembangan Layanan Jasa Pariwisata Melalui Edukasi dan Digitalisasi di Srimulyo, Piyungan, Bantul

Abstract

Efforts to increase tourism through the development of tourist villages are considered to be able to suppress the flow of urbanization in communities from rural to urban areas. This can also build a new paradigm in society that the rural environment can provide employment opportunities for the surrounding community. Bantul Regency has very interesting natural tourism potential. Natural tourism potential is a heritage that must be preserved and developed to continue to increase its existence. One of them is Srimulyo Village, Kapanewon Piyungan, Bantul Regency. Srimulyo District. Kebon Empring Bintaran Market is a tourist destination developed by the community. This idea was initiated by utilizing empty land on the banks of the river. Development of tourist village areas must continue to be carried out to attract tourist interest. Proposed service activities include: (1) exploring the potential of creative products through product innovation training and mapping of tourist villages; and (2) digitalizing tourist villages through digital marketing training (website, video, and social media). The outputs that are the targets of the activities include partner knowledge and skills, which can be increased with training.
